Abstract
Agile is no longer a new word “in town” and more and more companies that suffers from the classic approach for project management are shifting to it.
However, most of the companies do not really know what is Agile and furthermore, what is the mindset behind this framework.
Sometimes, the use of the word is like a “magic powder” to put on their project pains and a lot of managers, companies and even Agile consultants companies, are taking advantage of that fact.
By the end of this workshop, the participants will gain the understanding what is Agile and what is not Agile, when it is highly recommended to implement it and when it is not, best practices to a successful implementations and common mistakes and not less important the mindset of this framework
